As part of the ongoing efforts to make Manchester-by-the-Sea more resilient to natural hazards, we are updating the Town's Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan was last completed in 2018 and is a required to be renewed every 5 years by MEMA and FEMA. Your input is vital to ensure that the updated plan reflects the needs and priorities of our residents, businesses, and community partners.
Please participate in a brief survey to share your experiences, concerns, and ideas about hazard risks and mitigation strategies in Town. The information collected will help guide future actions to reduce risk and protect people, property, and resources from disasters like floods, storms, and other hazards.
